[Busmanagers] Hall Hire and Public Liability

We have a family who would like to hire our hall for a party.  The Dept requ=
ires that private hirers  have there own public liability policy but this fa=
mily cannot find an insurance company that will cover them for this advent.=
  I have spoken to DET property insurance and JUA and we definitely can't hi=
re it out without the cover.  Does anyone know of a insurance company that w=
ill offer this cover.
 
(There home public liabity will only cover them if they have the party at ho=
me.)
