What is Netbank?  Is it with NAB?  

 

Our official acct is with the NAB and last year I researched using
direct credit for payroll but realised (for a school our size - approx
225) the set up and ongoing costs were too great to make it worth our
while.  I could see that in a very large ps or secondary school it would
be feasible.

 

So therefore I am keen to know what Netbank is.

Hi Melanie

At Parkhill we have up to 15 each week on local payroll (Out of hours
School Care) and when I found out how much it cost for Combiz we thought
it was not worth it. Currently we use Netbank which is $8 per month to
transfer money into local payroll employees accounts. Works well for us
(given that we are very carefull).

We are only a very small school with a small local payroll and I'm
wondering if it is worth going on to direct deposits for our pays.
Would the costs outway the convenience?  Can anyone give me a rough idea
of the costs that their school incurs for this service and how many they
have on the local payroll.  Can you also utilize this system to direct
pay accounts?
