[Busmanagers] Purchasing Card Payment

Hi all
 
I have just had a complete mental blank on processing payment for the
school's purchasing card, as I have only done it once before.
 
On reading the instructions in the manual it says to set the pay method
from "cheque" to "no payment" and that this would only occur if the
direct deposit details have not been entered.  Does this mean that I
leave it as DD if I have entered the details?
