[Busmanagers] re Canteen and Uniform Shops

Hi Helen,

 

We outsourced our canteen to CMS a couple of years ago. We have around
280 students and the canteen had been operating 5 days a week. Due to
lack of orders, the canteen is only open Thurs and Fri at the moment,
we're hoping CMS will allow it to be opened on Wed as well. Until this
year CMS had been paying us $80 a month.  When you compare the small
amount of profit we used to make against the time spent by the admin
staff organising rosters, money etc, it is well worth having someone
else running it!
