[Busmanagers] re Canteen and Uniform Shops

We outsourced years ago to Canteen Management Services and an ex parent
of our school manages the canteen.   We have 640 children.   Also our
Uniform shop is outsourced and between the 2 of them it really is the
best thing (especially for Business Managers)
