Hi Jenny

 

If the money has already been receipted in 2007 then you can still do
family payment, You will need to do a credit note to match the original
invoice and then allocate the payment against that. It will then show on
the Family statement for your records. See the Process Guide overview
Families page 81.

Good Morning

 

We have a scenario where parents have paid for requisites/fees which has
already been allocated they now require a refund as they have
transferred to another area/school.  The money has already been
allocated and I was looking at a family payment but I'm lost in the
instructions.

Could someone advise me what the best course of action would be.
