[Busmanagers] Family Payment

Good Morning
 
We have a scenario where parents have paid for requisites/fees which has
already been allocated they now require a refund as they have
transferred to another area/school.  The money has already been
allocated and I was looking at a family payment but I'm lost in the
instructions.
Could someone advise me what the best course of action would be.
