[Busmanagers] SSO Retirement Query

Good Afternoon Everyone,

 

I have an SSO who is contemplating retiring at the end of the year;
after reading HR website for 30 mins I am now confused; my understanding
was that if she retired at the end of the year she would not be entitled
to holidays, however it appears from what I have read, that she would
still be entitled to her holiday pay and her termination date would be
the first day of the new school year?  Is this correct; I always thought
to benefit you had to return for one day of the new school year or does
that only relate to teaching staff?
