[Busmanagers] Casual employment - minimum age

I think that the age is 14yrs 9 months but from memory you need special pape=
rwork from the
tax department.  When you go to put them on the system it asks you for somet=
hing special.  
Can't remember exactly as I had this issue several years ago.
