[Busmanagers] Cases 21 Finance End of Year

Good afternoon all
 
I am sitting here ploughing through budget requests for 2007 and as our
school merged last year I am looking to tidy up and delete a lot of sub
progam codes in 2007.  I did change a few on implementation but can now
see others that need attention.
 
I was wondering if anyone who has rolled over into 2006 with Cases21F
could advise me if (as we are unable to carry forward balances!!) sub
program codes are able to be deleted at the beginning of the year, or is
it the same as old Cases whereby if you have GST implications the code
cannot be amended or deleted?  I only went on to CASES21 F in July so
have not yet had the pleasure of EOY!!
