[Busmanagers] Cases Finance 21 Process Guide Updates

Check what version you have.  All versions are located in the bottom
right hand corner of the guide,  highest number is the current one.  Ie
1.3 will replace 1.2 etc.

Most have the guides have been updated because of the changes in the
last upgrade which had lots of changes - therefore the guides had to
change.

Town are advising schools to print the guides until they are very
comfortable with finance (at least for the first year or so), so that
you get use to using the right information as things are changing
frequently.

These changes will slow down next year as the system get to work as we
want it to (Hopefully!)

Does anyone know if we have to reprint the whole guide (except EOY) as
all sections have updated 4th October but the Bulletin Issue 7 only asks
us to reprint 2, 4, 7, 8 & 13????
