[Busmanagers] Cases Finance 21 Process Guide Updates

If you scroll down to the bottom of each guide before you print them you
will find that the date hasn't changed on some of them?  Does this mean
that they haven't been updated or this date hasn't been changed?

Does anyone know if we have to reprint the whole guide (except EOY) as
all sections have updated 4th October but the Bulletin Issue 7 only asks
us to reprint 2, 4, 7, 8 & 13????
