[Busmanagers] Unallocated EMA Receipts

Brigid,

 

I pay out by Family Payment to any parents of Grade 6 children or
children departing their balance of Unallocated Receipts.  I rollover
the remaining balances to the following year (remember that this amount
is included in your end of year bank balance!).

Can anyone tell me what the best practise is regarding unallocated EMA
Receipts which are unlikely to be used this year; do they just roll to
be allocated against the family next year?
