[Busmanagers] Unallocated EMA Receipts

If there are not too many of them it is sometimes easier to send them a
cheque and then you don't have to worry about them.  However, if you are
not likely to get any money from them next year you may want to hang
onto it.

Can anyone tell me what the best practise is regarding unallocated EMA
Receipts which are unlikely to be used this year; do they just roll to
be allocated against the family next year?
