[Busmanagers] Casual Relief Staff

Hi Trish,

 

We pay for 6 hours regardless. We also use resource ed and have done so
for a number of years. Majority of their staff seem to be good. Have,
however experienced a few CRTS that we have advised we will not accept
back.

Hello All

 

Can I please get some feedback on how many hours a day you pay your
C.R.T's? 

 

Do you only pay 5.5 hours for a full day - 9am to 3.30pm - if the CRT
does NOT do yard duty?

 

Do you only pay 6 hours a day if the CRT DOES do yard duty?

 

Do you pay 6 hours a day regardless of whether yard duty was undertaken?

 

Also, does anyone have a GOOD relief staff agency they can recommend?
