[Busmanagers] CASES21 Finance Process Guide

I have just gone onto Edulibrary to check whether any sections of the
process guide has been updated.  Virtually every section is now dated
4th October.  Does anyone know how much has changed in each section - is
it really worth re-printing the entire process guide??
