[Busmanagers] voluntary contributions

Voluntary Contributions are NOT a tax deductible donation.  ATO clearly
states this in their guidelines

I have a parent insisting that voluntary contributions are a tax
deductible donation.

Am I correct in stating that they are not - ours are used to help cover
our bus fuel costs.
