[Busmanagers] Family Credit Note?

Help... We are on C21F.

 

We have a family that inadvertently paid $5.00 for Christian Education
in January.

 

They now wish to receive a refund of this money as a $5.00 credit on
their account which they can use at a later date.

 

We are unsure of the correct way to handle this.  Receipt reversal or
Family Credit Note... or both.  We are all of different opinions in our
office.

 

Any help would be much appreciated.
