Hi,

 

There is a calculator on the HRMS  system - A-Z .  You need proof of
their employment.  The calculator is very easy to follow and allows you
to enter employment dates and leave dates.

I am about to employ a teacher for a 6 month fixed term vacancy who has
previously taught in the Private System.

She has been teaching for 10 years with some time off on family leave
etc.

Can anyone tell me what salary I should start her on.
