[Busmanagers] Allocated Receipts

Thanks everyone for your suggestions - unfortunately, the receipt had
been saved and allocated about a week ago, I had hoped there was a
simple way of reversing the thing on the system, but no, so we have
bitten the bullet and done a receipt reversal.  It meant a couple of
extra transactions, but has worked out.  Just chop another tree for the
paperwork!!
