[Busmanagers] Allocated Receipts

As long as you have not updated the batch just go Control A this will
bring you back to allocations, press the refresh icon , this will
reverse your previous allocations and you can start over.

If you have not yet printed a receipt - you might be OK.  Go to Batch -
Allocations.  This will take you back to the allocation screen.  Click
on refresh and (hopefully) everything will revert back to the way it was
and then you can re-allocate correctly.  This happened to me yesterday.

 We have had a similar event!!! - have you tried deleting the
transaction line? As long as you have not updated the batch

Hi Everyone

Have made a silly mistake - We have allocated a receipt to a family, but
have picked up the wrong items.  Is there an easy way of correcting
this, or, as we have already allocated the receipt, are we able to do a
receipt reversal then reallocate?  Normally it wouldn't be an issue, but
there are several charges involved and the screen is a bit confusing.
