[Busmanagers] Journal entry

Hi Pat, I was about to raise the same question. But now have the answer
as I had a receipt coded incorrectly with the GL code and the
subprogram. The user guide only gives instructions for either code,
there is no line to say this transaction can be done together.

Hi All

While I was on leave a payment was entered to the wrong sub program with
the wrong GL code.  Do I have to do 2 separate Journal entries - one for
the GL coding error debit and credit and one for the sub program error
debit and credit or can these be done on the one entry being

Original sub program & original GL code - debit

Correct sub program & correct GL code - credit

Hope this makes sense
