[Busmanagers] Family Payment

Hi Raelene

 

I did one the other day. The guide suggested keeping a copy of the
Charge by charge type report or family transaction history report to
place with a copy of the cheque. You are right there is no voucher. That
is what I filed.

Hi everyone

 

I have just completed my first family payment.  A student left the
school and the parent requested a refund of a camp payment.  I have
processed the cheque with no trouble - but there doesn't appear to be
any kind of voucher for signing and filing purposes.  

 

Do we need to create our own or don't we have to worry about it?
