[Busmanagers] Family Payment

Hi everyone
 
I have just completed my first family payment.  A student left the
school and the parent requested a refund of a camp payment.  I have
processed the cheque with no trouble - but there doesn't appear to be
any kind of voucher for signing and filing purposes.  
 
Do we need to create our own or don't we have to worry about it?
