[Busmanagers] CASES21F Service Desk

We have just gone on to C21F and have a batch which can't be opened. We
had a power failure and the batch was minimised at bottom of screen and
now the message is saying it is already opened.  We have tried to get in
with all users and have shut down and rebooted, any clues.  

Sorry to go over already talked about subjects but can someone tell me
how to get into the CASES21F online service log in to register a call.
