[Busmanagers] Gateway Connection Erro

Good afternoon everyone,

 

For those of you having trouble accessing the Service Desk Gateway these
are the instructions to follow:

 

Open Internet Explorer

 

Click on Tools

 

Click on Internet Options

 

Click on Connection Tab

 

Click on LAN Settings

 

Click on Advanced button

 

You will see an Exceptions Box if nothing is located in the box type the
following

 

*.education.vic.gov.au

 

If something is located in the box insert a semi colon (;) after it a
space and then type the above

 

Click ok all the way out.

 

Open the link to the gateway a sign on box will appear type edu001\your
ID number and then your password in the password box.
