followed a circular dated 13th June S167-2006 Improved access to Service
Desk
i could fax this to anyone needing it

girls the only time i had trouble getting on was the first time   i have
included the link above

when the passwword screen comes up you need to put edu001\      then
your user id

hope this helps

I tried to access the web based service desk, but received an error
message not authorised to use this!  Just want to confirm the address as
