I am sure i had this also on my first visit will try to jolt my brain as
to what i did but iam getting thru fine

girls the only time i had trouble getting on was the first time   i have
included the link above

when the passwword screen comes up you need to put edu001\      then
your user id

hope this helps

I tried to access the web based service desk, but received an error
message not authorised to use this!  Just want to confirm the address as

Has anyone else encountered this problem?
