Yes, I've had the problem too.  The ATO helped me.   
If you go to the bottom of the screen and print the file validation
report that will give all the detail of the errors.  Then I faxed it to
the ATO and they called me back within an hour or two and told me what
to change.  Once I made the changes it all ran smoothly.
