You need to have 1 in the branch code and make sure there is no country
is Payer Details set up.  It worked for me after I discovered this!

Hi everyone

I am trying to send PAYG Payment Summary online.  I keep having an error
to do with the address entered on C21.  Has anyone else had this problem
and was there a solution?
