Hi Diana

I would put a termination date of 11th March, 2006 and send in the
Completion of Service by fax to HRMS 9637 3418 around the last week of
term.  They will process any entitlements and send an offline payment
within a couple of weeks.  HRMS sent the Direct Payment Advice slip to
your school and you have to forward that on to the retired staff member
because they are not posted one.

termination date as the 1st day of Term 2 so she receives holiday pay?
