[Busmanagers] Optus

I had a call from Optus as well a couple of weeks ago and someone came
out.  After going over our accounts they said we were on the best rate
anyway.  I think one department isn't talking to another at Optus and
they don't realise we are on the government pricing system but they
don't explain all this when they ring up.

Received a call from Optus today wanting to organise an appointment to
discuss our telephone rates etc, I thought we were on the best rate
"supposedly" available, are we able to negotiate a better rate?
