[Busmanagers] No response from C21 Helpdesk/Gateway

I logged a call last Thursday with the C21F Service Desk and have an
incident number.  But to this moment in time I haven't heard from them.
Is it appropriate to ring the helpline or should I just wait?

 

It's a payroll error which I need to have fixed before the end of this
week, but I don't want to wait till the last minute.
