[Busmanagers] Family Refund take two

Good morning, I need some help please, haven't been on Cases 21 long and have to do a refund for a parent who's child has left the school.
 
She needs a refund of $240 which she paid on the old cases system, $200 came across as a credit and there is still an outstanding charge of $44.00, the other $40 deposit didn't come across.  How do I go about crediting and doing a refund payment when I have a mixture of payments.
