[Busmanagers] Missing Receipt Numbers or Duplicates

Good morning everyone,

 

When I print off the Cash Receipts report with my bank rec's, my
Treasurer locates Receipt Numbers that do not appear on the report, one
explanation is they are possibly unallocated receipts, however when you
check the batches either side of the Receipt they do not appear; does
anyone else have an explanation for this anomaly?

 

Also at least once a month I will have a Receipt number skip a number
but duplicate two individual transactions with the same number, ie
00002705 is nowhere to be seen but I will have two numbered 0002706; I
have had Town investigate this a number of times, and they have no
explanation for me, but for Audit purposes I just keep faxing town when
the Treasurer sends me his monthly report.
