Hi Raelene,

Thank you for responding. I heard back from Alex at PRMS and she guided
me through Planned Maintenance, creating a task and then choosing it
from the local section of items and then entering 3 quotes before
creating the order.

Hi Rosemary

We used our grant for shade sails too. However, because ours was at the
start of the year, I didn't think about PRMS at all. I just used a
normal purchase order.

Good morning one and all

Could someone please advise me how to handle a deposit I have to pay to
start the ball rolling on shade sails over the playground (paid from the
Investing in Schools Grant). I thought Alex said on Tuesday that all
improvements to the grounds should go through PRMS and you must enter
your quotes (which we do have). Where do you enter them? Is it urgent
works or created under planned maintenance??

Maybe I should just enter a local order and then it will let me enter it
straight into the Assets Register?

Any suggestions would be welcome.

Thanks
