You can't actually incorporate the money back in to the old sub
programs, you can however enter it as expenditure, the only way to track
this money is with the tracked balances tool that you can get from the
CSES 21 website, silly I know but that's the new way unfortunatley

Can someone please help, having recently gone over to CASES21 Finance,
how do I incorporate my old system figures (what was sitting in each
code) to the new system so I can see what people have left to spend?
Eg.  fundraising and PD money that was rolled over from last year and
usually spent this year.  I realise I will have to get the reports from
cases but do I have to do journal entries or something to have them show
up on CASES21.   Hopefully this all makes sense as I feel like a dummy
right now!!!!
