Hello Brigid,

 

It has been a while since I have had this issue however from memory
sometimes a reboot will fix the error.

 

Sometimes it is necessary to delete the file sqr.log in the c:\temp
directory then reboot.

 

To ensure that you don't run into further problems make a copy of the
sqr.log file so you can move it back to c:\temp if necessary.

Good morning everyone,

 

Has anyone encountered trouble with HRMS this morning, am trying to run
a long service leave quote and keep getting an SQR error not reading to
LPT1?
