The problem you are experiencing is not necessarily a problem with HRMS,
but is probably caused by the configuration of the PC you are using to
run the LSL quote.  From memory, what the error means is that the system
is looking for a printer attached to the LPT1 port, but cannot find it.

 

Unfortunately at this point that is all that I can remember, not how to
fix it, and the person I would usually ask is currently on leave.  Do
you happen to know if anyone might have been changing settings on the
computer you are using?

Good morning everyone,

 

Has anyone encountered trouble with HRMS this morning, am trying to run
a long service leave quote and keep getting an SQR error not reading to
LPT1?
