[Busmanagers] Filing Batch Reports

We file numerically.  This year we have started punching holes in the
bottom of the page, making it easier to see the batch number when the
file is getting full.

When I did my CASES 21F training we were told that it was up to us how
we filed the reports.  It was suggested to have separate folders for the
various types of batches - which I have done.

 

I have noticed that in the new section "Batches" they tell us to file
all batches in the one folder numerically.

 

Can other schools tell me how they are filing?
