[Busmanagers] Filing Batch Reports

Hi Grace,

I'm new at this too, but I've found I prefer to put all my batch reports
into the one folder - at least that way you can see from the consecutive
numbering if you are missing any and they are all in the one place. I
then print off a Batch status report once a week on coloured paper and
slip it in to the folder so that at any time I can find a particular
batch according to its type. You can select which batch numbers you
want to print, so I just continue on from the last status report.

Good luck,

Subject: [Busmanagers] Filing Batch Reports

When I did my CASES 21F training we were told that it was up to us how
we filed the reports. It was suggested to have separate folders for the
various types of batches - which I have done.

I have noticed that in the new section "Batches" they tell us to file
all batches in the one folder numerically.

Can other schools tell me how they are filing?

Thanks
