[Busmanagers] Outstanding Receipt

Good Afternoon everyone,

 

I have a Grade 6 child who has a credit off $45.00, there will be no
other charges this year; what is the procedure to issue a cheque to the
family and be able to allocate it against the $45.00 credit in Cases
21F?
