Thanks Debbie - these are not actually incidents - these are just when
someone comes in for a headache or stomach ache, etc., but I think I
will treat them as such.

Hi
The General Disposal Schedule for School Records 2 March 2001 says ...
(page 7. point 3.4.6.)
Incident Reporting.
Reporting of incidents that occur at school or school activities that
are not documented within Departmental reporting systems such as Office
of Emergency Management or Insurance & Risk Management.
Disposal - destroy 7 years after administrative use is concluded.
Examples - Incident register, incident diary, incident notebook, Cases
21 database.
However, point 3.4.5. is...
Accident reporting
reporting of accidents that occur at school or school related activities
such as sporting events.
Disposal - destroy 20 years after last entry.
Examples - Accident register, accident forms, Cases 21 accident database
Hope the above helps.

Can anyone tell me how long we need to keep Sick Bay records - these are
just every day run of the mill type visits, not major accidents. I have
found some in the archives dating back to 1985 - would it be safe to
dispose of these now?
