[Busmanagers] Info required

[Maxwell, Noleen N]

School Council has asked me to find out how they would go about
introducing a tax deductible building and grounds charge and a tax
deductible library levy in 2007.  I vaguely remember reading something
near the start of this year but haven't got the foggiest where it was.
I'm hoping someone might know where I can find the relevant info without
having to search for it!
