We have just gone over to PSW so can't give any info on how successful
they will be for us yet but my advice to you would be that you stipulate
everything be written into the contract, especially things that your
school specifically requires.  Also make sure that the person they get
to run the shop is available to open the hours you require.

shop, the proposal is currently under discussion.

We would be interested to hear from any schools who have outsourced to
PSW  - how successful has it been, level of satisfacation etc.
