You can view criteria online once applications have closed.

 

Go to:

Manager Home

Recruiting Activities Home

Under Sub Heading "Applicants" go to "Distribute Applicant Resume"

Click on the "Select Applicants & Interviewers" that is next to the Req.
No.

Then you will go into the List of Applicants page, scroll down and next
to each of the applicants names you will see this little icon that looks
like a piece of paper, click on that and you will get their criteria in
that.

Hi Brigid

 

We had a position close yesterday and when I looked this morning I
couldn't find where anyone had answered the criteria either.  I then
decided to print an application off and yes, there were the answered
criteria - all down on paper.  I thought you were able to view the
criteria on line but maybe not.

Can anyone tell me how an applicant actually addresses the Selection
Criteria?  I attached the criteria to the position but as yet have
failed to have an applicant actually attach anything other than their
resume, is their something that I should be doing?
