Hi
We have just appointed a new assistant principal do you have any idea
how I go on line and attach this person. Don't we use HRMS any more. I
wasn't asked to do training so I am working virtually blind. Thanks

The Key Selection Criteria is emailed to the applicant and they answer
it then. You as the manager will not be able to see the responses until
the position closes. You can see applicants Resume`s, but for Merit &
Equity you cannot view responses from KSC until the position is closed.

Can anyone tell me how an applicant actually addresses the Selection
Criteria? I attached the criteria to the position but as yet have
failed to have an applicant actually attach anything other than their
resume, is their something that I should be doing?
