[Busmanagers] Optus Phone transfer

When Optus rang to hassle me, I told her that I was still looking into
matters.   We have 7 lines at $17 per line and Optus lines are $34.98.

She told me it was up to me whether I wanted to change or not.

In circular 177/2005

Point One states:  Review the new tariff rates outlined in the attached
Optus Price List against your current fixed telephone spend to ensure
you are receiving savings.
