[Busmanagers] CASES21 Finance - Exporting Information

Reports recommended in Cases21 Finance Advice issue 14...suggested
reports for Management/School Council/Finance Committee ...these doesn't
give you the in's & out's that the (KGLSUB21003 - annual sub prog.budget
variance reports give...it's the long way to print all sub programs
up..but it seems the best balance of expenditure to budget report - also
the sub prog account trans.report (GL21115) confirms the transactions to
date.

Hi Raelene,

I haven't found one either, but because nothing matches pre and post
implementation I have been using the Sub Program Status Report and
manually calculating the uncommitted balance for each budget, then
running off the Sub Program Transaction report for each budget, and
writing my balance there for the Program Budget leaders.  Keep thinking
only a couple of more months to do this and hopefully a fresh start next
year and things will balance once again.

Hi everyone again.

I said the Sub-Program Status Report was perfect.  It almost is but not
quite.  My principal is looking for a report that will also show (at
least) the expenditure budget for each sub program as well as revenue
and expenditure.  That way staff can look at it and see exactly how much
money is left in their sub-program.  Therefore I am asking again - if
there is no report like this available - can I somehow export the
information and create my own report in excel?

Hi everyone

I am trying to find an equivalent report to the old CASES 5,1,1 - Annual
Program Budget Summary.  I don't think there is one, however, I have
heard on the grapevine that its possible to somehow export information
and create an excel spreadsheet.

Does anyone know about this?
