[Busmanagers] 3 year trained teachers

Hi Vikki

 

The last information I had was that you could only employ 3 year trained
teachers if there were NO 4 year teachers applying for the position and
they can only be employed for a maximum of 5 years.  They can only be
made ongoing if they complete their 4 year in the mean time.  We have
had 2 of our staff do this and they have now been made ongoing.

:-

 

1.                   a fixed term position or 

2.                   an ongoing position

or must they now be 4 year trained.  What happens about increments etc.
Also where is it written - I have been waiting for nearly an hour for
HRMS to answer me !
